About the role
Ideate new design projects from scratch.
Create design briefs, personas, design guides, and visual guide for scalable UI design systems.
Work cross-functionally with Products and client's team to represent the design team and help our client envision the product.
Create User flows, Information architectures, high fidelity mockups, and handovers for development teams.
Collaborate closely with Design and Product team to develop effective design solutions and process.
Partner with the engineering team to ensure that our design implementation and user experience are of high standards.
Interview new designers and help us scale our design team.
YOU CAN APPLY IF:
2+ years of experience building digital software or applications in a UX designer role. Background in UX Design with related education, whether it be course certifications or a degree or work.
An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in typography, interaction and visual design, and ideation.
Throughout your design career, you have acquired technical expertise in one or more of the below skills
Information Architecture
Userflows
Interaction Design
Interface Design
User Research/ Usability testing
Sound understanding of building usable, accessible, and modular designs that can scale to millions of users. Should be capable of creating and working with design systems.
Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Invision, XD, Figma, Overflow. Knowledge of UI Animation will be a plus.
Strong English communication skills in person, on paper, and over video with our international clients and subordinates.
Experience of working in a product-centric startup or a reputed UX design agency will be a plus.
None the less a good human being and curious individual who is passionate about design to take his skills to leadership role.
